The job of Warehouse Associate at Legend Biotech is very diverse and includes, among others: 

• Inventory management: You process inventory receipts accurately, ensuring they match purchase orders and adhere to quality checks and policies. You will work with SAP and ERP software.
• Handle biohazard products: You handle biohazard products such as blood bags, viral vectors, … You strictly follow Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to repack, and label materials to maintain quality.

• Operate in extreme conditions: You work with equipment and material stored at cryogenic temperatures in Liquid Nitrogen (LN2) and passive dry ice shippers, ensuring product quality, personal health, and safety, always. You use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and you carefully follow all relevant procedures.
• Detailed documentation: You complete forms and logs related to receiving, picking and outbound activities of materials to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) policies in a pharmaceutical environment.
• Support operations and quality: You collaborate closely with different departments to facilitate production and lab activities, ensuring timely receipt of materials.
• Maintain a clean environment: You work in a sterile work environment, and you wear dedicated gowning, hair nets, beard nets, and safety shoes. You keep your work environment clean, according to established protocols, using the required cleaning agents.
• Continuous training and improvement: You participate in training sessions and assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and training materials in close collaboration with our Quality and Training team.
• Procurement: You support the procurement process and maintain accurate records, resolving any issues effectively.

We work in a shift regime, no nights but weekends.
