What can you expect?

As a key member of our Engineering and Maintenance team, you will immerse yourself in the essential tasks of on-site reactive, preventive, and predictive maintenance. Your mission? To guarantee that our equipment functions flawlessly, adhering to strict cGMP standards. By managing work orders, conducting safety inspections, and overseeing system upgrades, you will ensure our operations proceed smoothly and securely.  

Here’s what you will do:  

  • Hands-on maintenance: You engage in reactive, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities on-site to ensure seamless equipment operation. 
  • Compliance and safety: You adhere strictly to cGMP standards, ensuring all processes meet safety and quality regulations. 
  • Technical troubleshooting: You utilize your troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues promptly. 
  • Documentation excellence: You accurately document all maintenance activities in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) following good documentation practices. 
  • Continuous improvement: You participate in upgrading processes and implementing new equipment to enhance operational efficiency and reliability. 
  • Team collaboration: You work closely with cross-functional teams to foster effective communication and ensure the timely release of products.
